Travel through time to explore the stars, stories and science of Titanic firsthand.

Immerse yourself in our mobile fulldome planetarium. Come on board and travel back to discover icebergs, ocean currents and the conditions the night Titanic sank.

This iconic 360-degree show from the Houston Museum of Natural Science places you in a lifeboat and submersible to witness the sinking and search; meet the people; and understand the science, engineering and historic discovery of the Titanic.

You will also get to participate in hands-on activities to see how buoyant you can make your metal ship model before it sinks.

Experiment with a spark transmitter to create a radio signal.

And explore celestial navigation with a star guide as you see and identify the constellations — as the survivors saw them — that fateful night so many years ago.

Your keepsake package and “Boarding Pass” includes a biography of a passenger, your own constellation star wheel, and the chance to see our Titanic “Mini-Museum” Display.

The Curator’s Private Display includes over 40 Titanic-related objects, including:

• a (tiny) original piece of Titanic

• the last image of ever taken of Titanic, hand-signed by a passenger on the maiden voyage

• and toys and souvenirs from a lifetime of Titanic travel and collection.

This is your chance to see, feel and understand the complex science and very human stories of Titanic, an historic event of mythic proportions which endlessly fascinates us even over a hundred years later.

All tickets include the hands-on activities, expert guided tour, and souvenir star wheel.

Please note, because of the serious nature of the historical event and the personal stories of the passengers, the experience is designed only for participants 9 years old through adults.
